Requirements
• 8+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related experiences. Healthcare experience a plus, but not required • Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment • Proven success in owning end-to-end strategic projects, including structuring ambiguous, complex problems, executing relevant analytics, and conveying clear recommendations for executive audiences • Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets/ SQL a must), including experience in advanced financial modeling skills • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships across cross-functionally and support execution of strategic projects • Proven success developing and/or improving processes, with a desire to inspire change across the organization • Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care • MBA preferred but not required
