Description

• Lead and oversee key accounting functions within our organization • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of month-end close processes • Manage the Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, and general accounting teams • Handle the operationalizing of Procurement activities • Serve as a key liaison with our outsourced tax function • Provide technical accounting guidance for M&A transactions • Oversee cash management and treasury activities • Govern the vendor management and end-to-end procurement process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field • CPA License • 10+ years experience in an accounting related role, including extensive knowledge of accounting procedures and U.S. GAAP accounting principles • 5+ years experience leading month-end close activities • 5+ years working for a big four public accounting firm with a mix of industry experience (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex accounting issues to non-accounting stakeholders (preferred) • Netsuite expertise (preferred) • Software/Technology/Healthcare industry experience (preferred) • Advanced excel skillset (preferred)
