β’ To proactively build and maintain customer relationships, by delivering highly successful campaigns and therefore maximising revenue streams for M3(EU). β’ You will be the link between the customer and the Company. β’ Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships through regular close contact, including face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail communication β’ Manage a portfolio of customers in conjunction with the senior sales leads, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business issues and how M3 can help address them β’ Maintain a detailed understanding of your account portfolio β’ Develop and maintain thorough account plans for each customer β’ Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the Customer is receiving the highest level of service and excellent delivery of campaigns β’ Actively discuss opportunities within the team to increase the services offered to your portfolio, increasing the revenue generated from it β’ Gather, monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing detailed and useful and meaningful information back to the customer β’ Responsible for generating awareness within clients, of developing capabilities of M3
β’ Proven ability of building strong client relationships and surpassing expectations β’ Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple customers β’ Experience in managing campaigns, coordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines to achieve objectives
