• M9 Solutions is dedicated to providing IT services and solutions to the Federal Government by mobilizing the right people, skills, clearance levels, and technologies to help organizations who desire improved performance and modern, sustainable change. • M9 has provided quality IT services and support to more than 30 Federal Agencies and multiple commercial customers nationwide. • This position is contingent upon contract award. • M9 Solutions is seeking an Oracle Functional Technical Consultant to work remotely on a government contract for a client location in Washington, DC. • Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, transitioning database systems, conducting technical research, developing system cut-over plans, and database management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience. • Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications. • Ability to lead a technical team, and to give it direction, as will the demonstrated ability to analyze the attorneys' needs, and to design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs. • XML (Extensible Markup Language). • JSON (JavaScript Object Notation). • Web Services (SOAP, SoapUI, REST API). • Internet Authentication Service (IAS) for Windows Server. • Dynamic web pages using CSS, Ajax and HTML5. • .Net Applications using C#. • Java. • MS SQL Server. • JSON (JavaScript Object Notation). • Oracle 19c and beyond. • RDBMS on HP. • Linux, Windows. • Apache, Apache Tomcat. • .Net Applications using C#. • VB Script. • Java. • Data modeling and data management using erwin and TOAD. • Experience in a litigation support environment. • Supervisory experience.
