📋 Description
• This role is for candidates who speak fluent in both GERMAN and ITALIAN. • The Account Manager position at Machinio.com is critical to the growth of the company. • If you are fluent/proficient in GERMAN and ITALIAN (required), have 2+ years of experience in client relationships, are hard working and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great opportunity for you. • As an Account Manager, you will work with a very high-performing team on maintaining existing client relationships in EU, renewing and potentially upselling their yearly memberships, and strategizing with the team on overall client retention in our EU market. • Together, we're innovating a multi-generational $400 BILLION dollar industry.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent/Native in both GERMAN and ITALIAN, REQUIRED. • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or client relationships. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong analytical and negotiation skills • Client-focused, with a strong problem-solving approach
