β’ Answer incoming phone calls from members and internal customers by answering questions and resolving issues to ensure quality service. β’ Timely service the needs of the members and enhance their financial relationships with the credit union. β’ Cross-sells credit union products and services to encourage a full-financial relationship with the credit union. β’ Utilizes CU lending guidelines and weighs CU risk when making lending decisions. β’ Advises and assists members in making informed decisions regarding their accounts. β’ Adheres to the philosophy and mission of the credit union in actions and communications.
β’ Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience β’ High school graduate or GED β’ Basic computer operating skills. β’ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) β’ Type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred. β’ Specific criteria must be met in order to work from home-Minimal Tech Requirements: Internet Download Speed 50 Megabytes and Upload Speed 10 Megabytes, a fiber, cable, or high-speed DSL internet service is required for your internet connection. β’ Must have Home Office free of distractions, noise, with closing door
