• Play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts by sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for various positions within the company • Focus on attracting passive candidates and building a strong talent pipeline
• Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. online job boards, social media, databases) to identify potential candidates • Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit • Engage and build relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies • Attend job fairs and industry events to network and promote MadLab as an employer of choice
• Prior experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including online job boards, social media, and Boolean search • Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sourcing • Knowledge of remote and distributed workforce recruitment is a plus
