Requirements
• Deep, active engagement with the cryptocurrency and blockchain space • Experience working at a crypto wallet company, with a focus on fungible tokens, cross-chain ecosystems, and wallet security • Experience with providing customer/user support for a mobile application company • A solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency market dynamics. • Genuine passion for helping consumers and a commitment to outstanding service. • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. • Comfortable using software tools and online platforms; experience with databases and data analysis is a plus • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Adaptability to fast-paced, startup environments and a readiness to hustle
