Description
• Drive the NFT trading product experience at Magic Eden. • Define product vision, roadmaps, and goals in alignment with the company's overall strategy. • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the NFT and crypto industry trends and competitor activity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new initiatives, features, and improvements.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with 3+ years in a leadership role • Deep personal passion for crypto and NFTs. • Passion for dynamics of multi-sided marketplaces, concepts such as supply/demand dynamics, liquidity, etc. • World-class PM communication skills and hygiene, with excellent cross-functional leadership in a hyper-fast-paced environment. • Experience working and building products in the crypto and/or NFT industry. • Experience in the domain of marketplace optimization and growth
