Requirements

• Proven Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to break down complex problems, • 7+ Years of Experience in software development, • 5+ Years of Expertise in Ruby on Rails for backend development. • PostgreSQL Mastery : Strong experience with database design, • ETL Pipeline Experience : Demonstrated ability to create resilient ETL processes, • Modern Engineering Practices : Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, • Analytical and Data-Driven : Ability to inform priorities and workflows using metrics, • Collaboration & Leadership : Excellent communication skills in English, • Agile Experience : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development and modern testing practices (TDD/BDD).
