• Working at Tech Holding isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to be a part of something bigger. • We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing Tech Holding family. • Work closely with Product and Business teams to understand user flows for sign-up, switching, cancellation, and account management. • Collaborate with the Product team to translate requirements into technical implementations. • Develop a future-proof presentation API that powers commerce experiences. • Mentor junior engineers. • Lead technical discussions to share expertise and best practices. • Understand dependencies between core commerce systems and their effects on clients. • Responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, from design to launch and performance measurement. • Define technical and operational metrics to measure system health.
Requirements
• 5+ years of related work experience • Proficient in server-side development • Strong programming skills in TypeScript • Strong understanding of Node.js ecosystem. (Koa or Express framework) • Strong design patterns and architectural skills • API design experience (authoring and providing feedback) with stakeholders. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Excellent debugging skills • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to find compromises that move the team forward.
