📋 Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal who has significant experience in plaintiff-side employment law to join our dynamic legal team. • The ideal candidate will excel in managing a high-volume intake process, effectively evaluating potential cases, and securing client retention through exceptional communication and organizational skills. • They will also be well-versed in filing with state civil rights departments, the EEOC, and federal and state courts, as well as docketing/calendaring.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years experience as a litigation paralegal in plaintiff-side employment law. • Strong expertise in managing high-volume client intakes and initial case evaluations. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client retention. • Proficiency with intake and case management software (Filevine, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.). • Ability to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in client onboarding. • Knowledge of and adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements. • California experience required; Arizona experience a plus.
