📋 Description
• Ideagen is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise-level projects utilizing the DevonWay software stack. • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to drive successful software solution deliveries.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record as a Project Manager with experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Comfortable having difficult conversations with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy. • Excellent communication, time-management, negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practises. • Proficient in project management software, particularly in developing project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project. • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) is advantageous.
