• Du klickst auf “Send” und deine ersten eigen-konzipierten Mails werden an 100-tausende Interessenten verschickt. • Bei uns musst du in der ersten Woche keine langweiligen Test-Aufgaben bearbeiten, erstmal deinen Laptop einrichten und dich überall einlesen. • Du hast direkten Einfluss auf die Wachstumsrate & Profitabilität unserer Kunden. • Regelmäßige Check in-Calls und intensive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Agenturkunden als Projektverantwortlicher. • Eigenes operatives Umsetzungsteam für Copywriting, Grafikdesign und technische Implementierung. • Gemeinsam kreieren wir Best Practices mit unserem Versandvolumen, die dich in deiner Arbeit und uns als Company nach vorne bringt. • Neue Impulse & Konzepte sind bei uns willkommen.
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im E-Mail Marketing bzw. CRM • Wir arbeiten mit Klaviyo. Vorkenntnisse sind top, wichtig ist aber das du motiviert bist dich in neue Dinge einzuarbeiten • Fließende Deutsch und solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Analytisches Denken gemischt mit Kreativität
