📋 Description

• Mainspring Energy is revolutionizing power generation with the Mainspring Linear Generator. • The role involves leading and optimizing marketing operations using Pardot as the primary tool. • Responsible for driving lead generation, nurture programs, and campaign performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field. • 2-5 years of experience in marketing automation, with proven expertise in Pardot and Salesforce. • Strong understanding of Pardot-Salesforce integration, including field mapping, data synchronization, and reporting. • Experience with lead management, scoring, grading, and automation best practices. • Proficient in creating and managing email campaigns, landing pages, and forms in Pardot. • Data driven decision making, strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, optimize lead scoring models, and refine marketing processes. • Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges. • Open to continuous professional development. • Self-motivation and strong work ethic. • Critical thinking and problem-solving with demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions • Ability to work well in a team and independently. • Good time management and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
