• The Mechanical Engineer will design and develop HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. • Ensure compliance with building codes, collaborate with project teams, prepare detailed drawings. • Inspect installations to meet interior design requirements. • Conducting load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork and piping design.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 5-7 years of experience in MEP design for interior design or construction projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical design software; experience with BIM tools is a plus. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection design. • Familiarity with local building codes and standards (experience in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
