Description

• As our MIS Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our company’s information systems and compliance with governmental regulations. • Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing critical tech and software accounts, and data. • Ensure the company complies with all relevant governmental regulations and certifications. • Maintain up-to-date records of all certifications and renewals. • Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and manage all compliance-related communications. • Oversee the management and security of all critical tech and software accounts. • Ensure all software licenses are up-to-date and renew subscriptions as needed. • Manage user access and permissions for all company software and IT resources. • Implement and maintain a secure data and password management system. • Ensure all company passwords are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized personnel. • Regularly update and audit passwords to maintain security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience in a compliance, IT administration, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of governmental regulations and certifications relevant to the industry. • Proficiency in managing IT and software accounts. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently and remotely.
