• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a seamless employee experience. • Administer employee benefits programs, answer inquiries, and manage related vendor relationships. • Implement and support new employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and satisfaction. • Support compliance review and reporting, including for Service Contract Act, Americans with Disability Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Act, and Veterans Hiring Initiatives. • Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. • Assist in resolving employee relations matters and provide guidance to team members. • Partner with leadership to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals and culture. • Prepare reports and metrics to analyze HR trends and recommend improvements.
