Restaurant365’s culture is focused on empowering team members to produce top-notch results while elevating their skills. • We are seeking a skilled and innovative HRIS Analyst with expertise in Workday to join our People Technology team. This hands-on role involves optimizing and managing HR applications, with a primary focus on Workday. You will utilize your expertise in analytics, dashboards, and reporting to deliver actionable insights while driving improvements across various Workday HCM modules. In addition, you will lead compensation cycles and contribute to scalable solutions for a growing organization. • Our ideal candidate is a collaborative team player and creative problem-solver, possessing a strong understanding of Workday configuration and a passion for solving complex challenges.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday HCM, including analytics, dashboards, and reporting. • Demonstrated experience with Advanced Compensation, including maintaining and running compensation cycles within Workday. • Proficiency in creating and analyzing complex reports and data visualizations within Workday • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting effectively to fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments. • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey technical issues to diverse audiences. • Experience working at high-growth or scaling organizations. • Workday certifications in one or more modules (e.g., Reporting, Advanced Compensation) • Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll • Familiarity working with other HR systems including applicant tracking systems, survey tools, analytics software, etc.

Benefits

• This position has a salary range of $110,000 - $130,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
