• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. • 5-8 years of experience in technology consulting. • Strong knowledge of federal IT systems and modernization approaches. • Experience with program/project management tools and methodologies. • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. • Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)) is highly desired. • Strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) concepts and proven ability to apply them in various contexts. • Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances. • May require up to 10% travel. • Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant.
