Description

• The Senior Systems Engineer provides senior consultative services and project work for Professional Services clients and leadership within the Professional Services team. • He or she is responsible for designing, implementing, and remedying complex technology solutions in two or more of the following “subject matter expert” areas: 1. Windows Servers 2. Cloud Technology 3. Active Directory 4. Networking 5. Exchange/Messaging. • Additionally, he or she shall comply with all company policies and maintain strict client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus a minimum of 7 years’ experience providing server/desktop support within a Microsoft environment. • High levels of project ownership and individual accountability in a results-oriented environment • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and innovation • Demonstrated commitment to strong documentation and repeatable standards • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
