• Why clients love us: We are laser focused on delivering quality and excellence to our clients for their technology modernization needs, business and technology strategy, and cloud transformation initiatives. • As a Top 1% Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, our clients trust us because we are the experts! • The Senior Systems Engineer helps design and deliver scopes of work related to client IT environments, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Modern Workplace and Automation technologies. • Responsible for planning, delivering, and leading Microsoft365 migrations across full stack of Modern Workplace. • Provides project design + implementation for cloud technology, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Networking. • Develops custom business applications using Power Apps in alignment with client/internal requirements. • Utilizes Power Virtual Agents to create AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience providing engineering within a Microsoft environment. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consultative capacity at a systems integrator/MSP/other IT vendor, including experience in presales, project scoping, and project implementation. • Experience planning, delivering, and leading Microsoft365 migrations across full stack of Modern Workplace is required. • High levels of project ownership and individual accountability in a results-oriented environment. • Demonstrated success as a project lead. • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and innovation. • Demonstrated commitment to strong documentation and repeatable standards. • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. • Strong proficiency in developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. • Significant experience developing within Canvas Apps, Model-Driven apps, and Power Apps Portals, as well as apps in Dataverse for Teams. • Experience developing custom connectors against third-party or in-house APIs to successfully integrate data. • Experience developing bots in Power Virtual Agents (Bot Framework, Q&A maker is a plus). • Experience developing, integrating, and extending Dynamics 365 apps. • Experience with CoPilot Studio. • Previous Office365 migration experience (both hybrid and cloud only) desired, as well as advanced Office365 administration and troubleshooting experience. • Microsoft certifications highly desired, and will be required for continued employment.
