Requirements
• Charismatic leader who can inspire collaboration • Ability to collaborate and influence others • Must reside within the assigned region • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong public speaking skills • Bachelor’s Degree – advanced degree is a plus • 7+ years of experience in California • Existing relationships with California healthcare stakeholders • Familiarity with health plan, hospital business models • Ability to identify new opportunities and strategies • Experience using a CRM • Ability to represent MX positively and professionally • Ability to travel as needed within California
