• Company Profile: • Our client specialises in strategic talent and people solutions for scale-ups. • Their proven processes and frameworks eliminate high recruitment costs, elevate employer brand and employee value proposition, and develop and retain exceptional people. • The company’s approach is more consultative, helping businesses find talent and optimize people processes. • Amazing opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, informal, and fun work environment that fosters growth. • Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: • The Project Coordinator will support the Directors with seamless delivery, coordinate client projects, support recruitment activities, and manage client interactions. • Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan, track, and execute project activities, using project management tools. • Coordinate stakeholders for smooth progress of projects. • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls for recruitment processes. • Administer employee survey projects with accuracy. • Act as the first point of contact for client queries. • Create and deliver professional reports and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or operations in a professional setting. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency and confidence in using project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Canva or similar). • Familiarity with recruitment processes and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS systems). • Background in recruitment or HR support is highly advantageous. • Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on customer experience. • Comfort with handling data and preparing reports using Excel or similar tools. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities. • Organized, adaptable, and proactive. • Confident in speaking directly with clients. • Possesses a high level of attention to detail. • Thrives in dynamic environments and excels at multitasking. • Skilled at balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a client-first approach. • Comfortable working remotely, sometimes with minimal direction. • Can work independently, even when immediate support isn’t available. • Will be made to feel part of the team, despite the remote nature of the role.
