Description
•Create automated tests for existing and future code to ensure an error-free result. •Ability to also conduct manual testing with high attention to detail. •Over time, the client will be adopting a more automated approach. Current processes are a mix of manual and automated QA. •Review existing testing processes, frameworks, and tools to identify and implement improvements (both up-front, and ongoing continuous improvement) •Design, write and execute, Manual and Automation test scripts. •Maximize test coverage, particularly for the most critical features of our systems. •Work closely with Tech Leads to understand the scope of the project and escalate any potential risks. •Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios. •Management of defects and test reports •Support the Business for User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing •Liaising with both technical and non-technical teammates, helping to lift the overall quality of our products. •Understand the end-to-end SDLC process and escalate issues that will impact successful customer outcomes. •Planning of regression and identify repeatable tests for Test Automation
Requirements
• At least 5 years of QA experience with 2 years in Automation testing, using Cypress. • High level of experience and competence with JavaScript. • Experience in creating and maintaining functional test scripts. • Ability to create User tests based on requirements. • Experience with testing web services with tools such as SoapUI, Postman, REST Client. • Experience working on Agile projects • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Healthy respect for building and delivering great products • Excellent attention to detail
