📋 Description
• Support our accounting operations • Contract position averaging 20-30 hours per week with weekly hours varying as needed • Process daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Desktop including: Customer payments and invoicing, Employee credit card charge entry, Vendor bill processing, Credit memo creation, Journal entries • Manage and reconcile bank feeds in QuickBooks Desktop • Generate and customize transaction detail reports • Maintain organized digital financial records • Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets in Google Sheets • Assist with month-end closing procedures • Support other accounting tasks as needed
🎯 Requirements
• MUST have extensive QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) experience • Proven experience using QBD bank feeds for transaction management • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (preferred) or Excel • Windows 10 or 11 Professional edition (Home edition is NOT compatible with our systems)
