📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Note: We cannot consider any candidates currently working for Kforce. • We have a non-compete. • What’s most important: • Public Sector sales experience • Senior leadership role • Experience working in the cleared staffing industry • Work location is in DMV. • Remote work, but able to attend client meetings in the area. • Leading a team of virtual/remote salespeople • Experience in the Defense, Intelligence, and/or Aerospace areas would be great, but open to others. • We are looking for someone who could tap into their network and help us grow federal business. • Experience staffing in the IT, technical, and professional services staffing space. • Clearance is helpful to have, but not required, so any level of clearance in CJ.com is fair game. • Potential Job Titles that would be relevant: Sales Manager, Sales Director, Federal Sales Director or Manager, Public Sector Sales Director or Manager. • Relevant Competitors who would have these types of people on staff (including but not limited to): TEK Systems, Randstad, Kelly Services, Adecco, Apex Systems, Robert Half, Aerotek, Cleared Staffing Solutions, Insight Global. • Note: We cannot consider any candidates currently working for Kforce. • We have a non-compete.
