Description

• Partner with Custodial Platforms and Envestnet on sales and service strategies; build and secure relationships. • Partner with marketing, product, platform, and sales to position and secure all John Hancock Investment Management offerings. • Guide internal marketing and product development teams in strategizing and executing national and regional sales campaigns. • Share National Accounts’ initiatives with Senior Sales Management, Business Consultants and Internal Sales Desk. • Liaison between designated firms, JHIM Sales Management Team, Business Consultants and Internal Sales Desks.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in the investment management industry within business development. • At least 5 years of National Accounts experience. • Prior experience in relationship management is preferred. • Experience selling into wealth management channels. • Knowledge of current and historical developments in the National Accounts space and the evolution of products. • Solid understanding of the operational functions of the Custodial, TAMP, RIA industry and platforms. • Strong business development acumen; relationships with National Accounts collaborators at Custodial firms. • Highly proficient in the capital markets. • High degree of integrity with team player mentality. • Strong work ethic, professional disposition, passion for investments. • Ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels and functions of an organization. • Flexibility and willingness to travel 50% of the time. • Bachelor’s degree, FINRA Series 7 license required.
