Description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President Utility Scale Mining Planning & Analysis. • Play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business strategy. • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process. • Develop cash flow models and long-term financial models. • Provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvement. • Oversee financial reports and analyze financial results. • Identify and implement process improvements. • Act as a key liaison with corporate finance and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • MBA or CPA is preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis. • At least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning. • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, financial ERP systems, and data analytics platforms. • Strategic Vision • Financial Acumen • Operational Excellence • Integrity and Ethics • Stakeholder Management
