• Join Marathon Health’s contracts team as Corporate Counsel • Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors and other stakeholders • Collaborate with business teams on contract templates • Advise teams on responses to requests for proposals

Requirements

• JD or LLM from a recognized U.S. law school and current license to practice in the United States • 4+ years of law firm and/or in-house legal work experience • Self-motivated, with the ability to address complex or ambiguous issues in an ethical and professional manner • Outstanding analytical, consulting, drafting, and negotiation skills • Ability to make well-reasoned legal and business judgment
