• Responsible for the operational effectiveness of an assigned region • Successful management of Regional Operations Managers • Lead strategy development for top clients in the region • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities • Support providers throughout region, striving to alleviate administrative burdens • Responds to provider issues promptly and with a positive spirit • Identify customer needs and be responsive to changing environment • Ensure all contractual obligations and service commitments are met • Oversee execution of performance guarantees and drive results • Independently establish and maintain assigned client relationships • Maintain awareness of operational issues/performance • Oversee creation of an annual engagement strategy • Visit clients/client sites on a regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or Healthcare related field • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing operations and client relationships or equivalent combination of education and experience • High degree of client focus and attention to service excellence • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong presentation, employee management, and project implementation skills • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and EMR • Demonstrated conceptual and analytic thinking • Strong account portfolio planning and prioritization • Demonstrated track record of successful business and client relationships along with strong business acumen • Strong strategy development and execution skills • Proficiency in management of personnel • Ability to perform services for the client and clinics with tenacious follow up
