• The Regional Director Franchise Operations & Revenue Development fosters brand equity. • The position develops meaningful hotel owner and operator relationships. • The position is responsible for creating visible brand value for stakeholders. • Conducts on-property business performance consultative visits with owners / operators. • Analyzes, develops, and delivers Business Performance 360 consultative reviews. • Reviews and updates Property Improvement Plans. • Conducts periodic training on-property and at in-region Townhalls. • Advocates the voice of the franchisee in balance with Sonesta objectives. • Engages in resolution of escalated owner/operator feedback regarding brand performance.

Requirements

• Experienced. • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree. • 10+ years professional multi-unit hotel operations and revenue generation leadership. • An inspirational consultant: You are dynamic yet can adapt to all business learning levels and styles. • An exceptional communicator. • Technically Proficient. • Organized. • Passionate. • Flexible. • Up to 90% travel. • Resourceful. • A Self-Starter. • Results-oriented.
