Requirements

• PhD in Education or a related field. • Extensive experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of pedagogical theories, research and practices. • Ability to take on a leadership role supporting business and brand development and driving growth within the education sector. • Ability to be strategic and help develop plans that will help impact market presence. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders. • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities. • Willingness to travel as needed to represent MarcoPolo Learning at events and meetings.
