• Relishes creation, innovation and overcoming challenges • Acts with thoughtful urgency • Solutions oriented with an eye for creative problem solving • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Proactive desire to own and drive projects forward through measurable processes and team engagement • Positive partner who nurtures and drives for the collective success of project teams • Collaborative approach to PM team skills development • Jira Software & Confluence - required • Microsoft tech stack including Azure DevOps – or similar • Agile methodologies, scrum processes, and sprint ceremonies • Techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases • Functional / technical expertise, business acumen, analysis skills, risk management, delegation skills, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Management of large project teams including executive sponsors, business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA technicians, and end users • Identification and management of project risks • 5+ years’ experience in technical project management • PMP certification or training is preferred but not required • Elements.cloud experience a plus
