• MariaDB is making a big impact on the world. • The Partner Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our partner ecosystem across the APAC region. • This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring mutual success for MariaDB and its partners.
🎯 Requirements
• Singaporean citizen or permanent resident. • 10+ years of experience in partner management or development, preferably within the SaaS, database, or open-source technology sectors. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Deep understanding of the APAC market and partner ecosystem. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences. • Fluent in English • Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive partner success and revenue growth. • Willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region.
