β€’ Drive adoption of Mark43’s Insights product through targeted sales demos, data-driven storytelling, and relationship building. β€’ Gain a deep understanding of the Insights product, its unique value proposition, and how it addresses agencies' challenges around data management and decision-making. β€’ Lead customers through the sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing, with a strong focus on navigating the complexities of government procurement processes. β€’ Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects by identifying new opportunities within our existing markets, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and leveraging government contracting vehicles. β€’ Travel as needed to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows to network and demonstrate Insights' capabilities. β€’ Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine sales strategies and incorporate customer feedback into future product iterations. β€’ Maintain meticulous records of sales activity and pipeline development in CRM tools like Salesforce. β€’ Continuously evaluate and refine your sales approach, focusing on process improvement, effective use of technology, and feedback integration.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 8-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong track record of working with government customers. β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience selling data-centric or analytics solutions, ideally to government agencies. β€’ Passion for supporting government agencies in optimizing their decision-making processes through advanced technology. β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and technical teams. β€’ Familiarity with government procurement processes, including GSA Schedules and other contracting vehicles. β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions. β€’ Proficiency in managing sales activities through CRM tools and leveraging data to track and drive performance. β€’ An entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. β€’ Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas and developing high-performing sales strategies.
