• Manage existing clients and expand business relationships. • Identify and win new clients for standardized and customized products. • Develop and implement the sales strategy for effective business growth. • Cooperate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and Product Management. • Manage, support and identify channel partners as well as sell directly to end-customers and OEMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in the machine vision industry. • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Physics or a related focus. • Experience in direct selling to OEMs and Manufacturers or managing channel partners is a strong proactive business acumen. • Very good communication skills in German and English.
