Description

• Support the identification, vetting and establishment of partnerships with consultants and partner firms. • Maintain MSA’s consultant database. • Coordinate recruitment processes for newly identified personnel needs within the BD team, including the development of TORs, salary ranges, letters of engagement, contract scopes to operations and job postings that are tailored to new project needs. • Support MSA’s resourcing function from the BD perspective, allocating level of effort (LOE) for on all upcoming bids, scenario planning, BD team member LOEs and consultants in alignment with BD engagement needs and organizational priorities, including secured and non-secured awards. • Working closely with Resourcing and Recruitment Coordinator, support maintenance of MSA’s Resource Planner, ensuring it reflects accurate and up to date current and future needs of the BD function, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and track resource requirements specific to BD activities. • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the BD and Growth team, including document management, scheduling, and communications as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the BD function.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills • Reliable, able to achieve what is committed to • Prior administrative and/or recruitment experience • Quick learner able to follow through consistently on commitments • Exceptional coordination and project management skills, including workplan development and oversight • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work and build relationships with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds • Minimum Bachelor’s degree • Strong experience working in Excel • At least two years recruitment experience and/or experience working on business development, sales or fundraising teams • Experience working with a consulting company and understanding how a consulting company wins new work • Familiarity with the process of tracking new business • Familiarity with United States Agency for International Development (USAID) programming and developing USAID proposals
