β€’ Set and achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and closing deals in the agency business segment β€’ Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand clients' marketing needs and develop tailored solutions that drive results through digital channels β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility β€’ Build and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence and drive revenue growth β€’ Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales plans, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, to meet and exceed targets β€’ Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales strategies β€’ Create and refine pitch decks and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions, solution offerings, and competitive differentiation to clients and prospects β€’ Develop and customize solutions and proposals that address clients' unique needs and challenges, leveraging expertise in marketing services capabilities β€’ Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to stakeholders, driving accountability and continuous improvement β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to address their evolving marketing challenges and objectives

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred β€’ Proven track record of 10-12 years in business development roles, with a focus on marketing services and agency business β€’ Strong understanding of marketing principles, industry dynamics, and client needs in the marketing services and agency sector β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels β€’ Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and exceed expectations in a competitive business environment β€’ Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business success β€’ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions β€’ Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs β€’ Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
