β’ Join the team as Business Development Representative for Poland, Baltics, Slovenia & Croatia. β’ Focus on generating new business opportunities while managing existing key accounts. β’ Contribute to business strategy development and maintain strategic customer relationships. β’ Manage distribution partner relationships and promote product developments. β’ Lead business development through demonstrations and presentations. β’ Utilize market insights for strategic product development and manage sales cycles. β’ Represent MFT at trade fairs and networking events. β’ Conduct assessments to improve client satisfaction.
β’ Minimum 3 yearsβ sales experience with a proven track record of success. β’ Experience of management sales within large and complex organizations. β’ Working knowledge of the foodservice and/or retail industry, ideally within capital equipment sales and service provision. β’ Customer project management skills with a proven ability to deliver on-time and on-budget. β’ Basic technical competence β ability to work with customers on technical issues, queries and concerns relating to products. β’ Strong financial acumen, as well as analytical and problem-solving capabilities. β’ Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, that assist in building strong internal and external relationships. β’ Travel - ability to travel within Poland & Baltics region and possibly further afield on a less frequent basis. β’ Availability to support clients in a demanding and dynamic environment. β’ Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken). β’ Additional Language skills are desirable.
