📋 Description

• Responsible for providing accurate peer to peer medical consultation • Focus on diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prevention of medical diseases • Achieve and maintain superior knowledge of Antech offerings • Build and strengthen rapport with clients during consultations • Assist in other duties relevant to consultation services • Attend consultant meetings and continuing education seminars • Participate in creating client support materials as required

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent with active license • Board-certification in Small Animal Internal Medicine (ACVIM) • Minimum 5 years clinical experience after completing board certification • Track record of high-quality continuing education • Fluency in English, both spoken and written • Bilingualism (specifically fluency in French, both spoken and written) is preferred • Excellent verbal communication skills • Proven ability to learn to navigate challenging conversations • Excellent written communication skills • Strong commitment to practicing the highest standards of medical quality • Very comfortable with use of information technology platforms • Ability to identify potential opportunities and suggest solutions • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and stay organized • Proven ability to work effectively with clients and management • Ability to work effectively remotely with minimal supervision
