• Responsible for ensuring timely execution of client deliverables • Consults without supervision on complex projects • Leads all stages of the project lifecycle • Liaison between clients and internal staff • Provides high level of customer service • Leads discovery sessions to gather requirements • Analyzes, defines, configures and documents complex business requirements • Builds and tests Workday to ensure all requirements are met • Troubleshoots business processes and configuration issues
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years previous experience implementing Financials systems • Previous consulting experience • Experience transforming business requirements into system configurations • Advanced MS Excel skills • Strong facilitation/presentation skills • Ability to identify need for resources • High attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel up to 50%
