📋 Description
• Provide client and technical support for veterinarian clinic customers • Identify and troubleshoot connectivity problems when transferring images • Complete software configuration for new clients • Monitor progress and track problem resolution • Prioritize and complete work on schedule to meet client expectations • Manage escalated issues with internal/external groups • Work with vendors to resolve connectivity issues • Participate in enterprise initiatives and special projects
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English and French • 2 years of veterinary technician experience or equivalent RVT/LVT preferred • High School Diploma required, Associates degree is preferred • 2 years of computer service experience helpful • High quality interpersonal skills • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues • Client support over the phone in a professional manner • Strong communication skills in verbal and written form
