Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role in a medium/large automated manufacturing operation with relevant safety systems, quality standards, housekeeping standards • Experience of budget control and managing capital programmes • Project management experience • Experience of leading and delivering change • Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) would be a real advantage • Experience of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing techniques e.g. DMAIC, would be an advantage • Degree or equivalent in experience • IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
