📋 Description
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the teams, including staff performance, monthly goals, employee pipelines, and applicable regulatory compliance. • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the following teams: Closers, Funders, Disclosure team, and Set-up team. • Build, maintain, and analyze reports for the pipeline, production, and staffing of the managed departments. • Partner with sales to drive efficiencies and exceptional customer service. • Identify, recommend, and partner with other leaders to implement improvements for the wholesale workflow as it pertains to staff and process efficiencies. • Other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Five (5) years of wholesale or retail loan experience required. • Three (3) years of supervisor or management experience required. • Underwriting or processing experience preferred. • Experience with Encompass preferred.
