📋 Description

• Provide consultation and support to sauna dealers • Train dealers and develop new business • Maximize dealer effectiveness as retailers • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers • Identify market opportunities and transform prospects into dealers • Provide comprehensive sales and marketing training to sauna dealers • Implement strategic initiatives for sales and marketing programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or college-level coursework strongly preferred • At least five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales required • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Sauna sales industry experience strongly preferred • Consumer products background a plus • Knowledge of current sales and merchandising techniques required • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals • Ability to motivate others and work as a team • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills required • Proficient in MS Office suite • Must be willing and able to travel at least 120 days per year
