📋 Description

• Responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to increase long-term sales and profit goals • Supports Westlake Royal Building Products Roofing & Stone Divisions • Works closely with the organization providing insight and support • Supervise one (1) Sales Analyst • Conduct market research on competitors • Develop data driven analytics for overall sales strategy • Understand the SAP platform for Roofing & Stone • Create standardized sales reports for management • Control commission plan calculations for salespeople • Support on Volume Incentive Programs analysis • Prepare data for key Customer Meetings • Track monthly KPIs for sales and leadership • Amend Monthly Sales forecasts based on trends • Provide analysis for RFP’s and contracts • Analyze competitive pricing quotes • Collaborate with Sales and Finance on pricing tools • Measure pricing by market and suggest adjustments • Work with Supply Chain on material increases • Assist during the annual budget process • Conduct market research on trends and distributors • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reporting • Develop the analyst on the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field • Master’s Degree (MBA or related) is a plus • 6-8 years’ experience in sales analysis, data analytics or a similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Understanding of financial metrics and sales KPIs • Ability to perform complex analysis such as regression, forecasting and probability modeling • Demonstrate advanced spreadsheet, and database application skills (SAP/COPA Webi Reports) • Experience with SAP CRM systems, Power Query, and Power BI • Proficient use of MS Office applications including Word, Excel (Pivot Tables), PowerPoint • Excellent communication and presentation skills, detail oriented and results driven • Results-oriented to ensure deliverables are submitted in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion • Articulates analysis in a clear and concise manner • Exhibit the ability, over time, to distill data into meaningful insights and suggestions to improve sales • Anticipates questions and prepares appropriate responses or answers • Constructively challenges business partner assumptions and goals
