Description

• Answer incoming Sales Desk calls in a timely accurate manner providing professional sales oriented detailed information to caller (product information, illustrations, forms and marketing materials) for producers and back-office support personnel while offering sales designs/concepts and product positioning. • Proactively partner with Marketing Representatives and other business partners to develop/grow individual annuity sales and achieve assigned goals. • Proficient with and effectively utilize illustration tools, SalesForce and other identified systems/tools. • Act as a liaison on behalf of Sales for the advisor and other sales entities that do business with us informing them of ongoing products and communications. • Work as a contributing team member to assist in achieving the sales goals of Sales and Distribution and provide backup to the other members of the team when needed. • Work with supporting/processing areas/operations to address any issues that would impact the ability of a submitted case to be “reported” in a timely manner, respectful of procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma and 2+ years of equivalent work experience • 1+ year of customer service or sales experience • Must obtain Series 6 within 6 months hire • Must obtain Life & Health License within 6 months hire • 1+ years of sales support • Series 6 at time of application • Life & Health License at time of application • In-depth Annuity Product Knowledge • 1+ year experience in the Financial Services/ Insurance Industry where you can demonstrate a clear understanding of the marketplace that applies to the products being sold • Competitive product knowledge • Ability to influence others • Proven track record of working others, team player • Focused on development, a quick learner in product space • Ability to think creatively and outside of the box, focused on sales execution, utilizing products and solutions
