📋 Description

• Optimize and manage analytics platforms for the Bath Product Management team • Drive analysis of business data and convert it into actionable insights • Integrate data from various sources and apply data modeling techniques • Develop impactful reports and dashboards for product performance analysis • Maintain thorough documentation of data models and analytics processes • Train team members on data visualization tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data science, computer science, or a related field is required • Proven working experience as a Business Analytics Manager, or similar role • Strong knowledge of data workflows, including ETL processes • Relevant data analytics certifications or willingness to achieve • Proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries • Working experience with PowerQuery and PowerBI (required) as well as Azure, Snowflake and Salsify (PIM) (preferred) • Strong business acumen • Passionate analytical, problem solver with high attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders • Ability to travel occasionally
