📋 Description

• Neato seeks an Amazon Advertising Manager to drive the performance of brands on Amazon and other Marketplaces • Shape advertising strategies and optimize paid advertising campaigns to meet brand partner objectives • Guide implementation of digital advertising strategies across platforms, including Amazon and Google • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns for strategic accounts • Analyze and optimize existing campaigns to drive revenue and sales • Update and improve tracking of advertising spend and return on ad spend (ROAS) for each brand • Regularly communicate with brand partners to provide insights and strategies • Train, develop, and coach junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a hands-on digital advertising role in an agency focused on Amazon • Prior management experience with a proven ability to lead and coach junior teams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience managing budgets • Ability to think strategically and focus on commercial outcomes • Experience working with retail/eCommerce clients (preferred)
